Service Description

Choose from a showroom or video call design appointment. In a showroom or video call appointment, our expert designer will discuss your style, needs and budget – creating the foundations for an inspirational kitchen, bathroom, laundry, alfresco or home office to help you make the most of your space. Before your first consultation with our experienced designers, please complete the Cabinetry Planning Guide (emailed to you) as much as possible. Your consultation will take between 30 minutes and an hour. Your designer will give you a brief tour of our showroom (if via video chat), tell you about the different cabinetry options available and go over some basic design options. We will review all of the information you have provided us from the Cabinetry Planning Guide as well as ask questions about you, your household and how you use your space and surrounding areas. We will also provide you with an overview of the timeline for the project. You will receive your initial quote and cabinetry design within 3-4 business days from our designers, based on the information we gathered from the initial consultation. Your quote will be itemised, so you can quickly see how much each item that goes into a kitchen costs, as well as list any optional upgrades that may have been discussed in the initial consultation. Your cabinetry design will include up to 3 professionally rendered images of your cabinetry, with your selected colours and finishes, as well as a detailed plan view and elevation views (as required), showing the layout of your space. You are welcome to have as much time as required to consider both our quote and our designs. If you require changes, our service includes up to 2 minor revisions to both the designs and the quote, if necessary. Additional revisions to the design will incur additional costs, due to the time it takes to create these custom plans for you.
